RLM Equities, located in Southern California, specializes in the Multifamily, Industrial and Retail sectors of real estate. In the Southern California counties of Los Angeles, Orange, & San Diego markets we specifically target Multifamily properties. Across the nation, we transact in Industrial and Retail assets. As a boutique company, we have the ability to be very attentive to our clients goals and can offer some of the most competitive fees in the market.


In our years of business we have found a strong disconnect between brokers in the market. At RLM, we deviate ourselves to maintaining positive relationships with other brokers around the nation to ensure smooth transactions when cooperating on deals. We find that cooperation is oftentimes the best way to produce the highest net proceeds on downleg opportunities, while simultaneously producing more 1031 exchange upleg options.

    Barry Mycorn is an Orange County Real Estate legend. After founding RLM Equities in 1985, Barry single-handedly went on to compete with the top multinational brokerages for the largest market share in Orange County for nearly three decades. Apartment owners and brokers who transacted or followed the market in in the late 80s into the mid 2000s would know Barry by name, or by his toupee and short stature. 


    Long before internet marketing and media took hold of the Real Estate industry, Barry pioneered the spreading of useful market information by sending out his quarterly market newsletter. The RLM Newsletter provided local principles with recently closed sales, available properties for sale, interest rate movement, success stories, market trends and a plethora of reliable local services and vendors. After closing over 500 Real Estate transactions in Orange County, Barry stepped back from Brokerage and now sits in an advisory consulting roll for his company. His knowledge and experience as a Broker, an Owner, and a Mentor allow the team at RLM Equities to carry the torch for this iconic company.

    Gregg Horvath has been with RLM Equities for over 30 years. He specializes as a Private Client Multifamily Investment Advisory.


    With over 400 closed transactions under his belt since 1989, Gregg has consistently been one of the top Agents in Southern California for the past two decades.


    During his career he has earned the trust of his clients through his ability to build long term relationships and advise his clients with an honest approach. His knowledge of the Southern California Apartment market is unparalleled, reflected by his ability to achieve his clients’ investment goals and earn their business on a repeat basis. As a principle, Gregg has owned over 30 investment properties, showing his commitment to the product he specializes in.


    Born and raised in Philadelphia, Gregg now resides in San Clemente with his loving wife of 29 years Laura. They enjoy traveling with their two beautiful daughters, golfing, and playing pickle ball on the weekends in the sun. Gregg is also an avid Mixed Martial Arts fan and a purple belt in Jiu Jitsu.

    Ryan began his career at Triqor group, successfully selling apartments in every sub market of Southern California.


    With all the knowledge he gained, he finally chose to pursue the San Diego & Orange County market and lead the expansion of RLM’s presence in Southern California. Ryan has been recognized as one of the top agents in Southern California with an emphasis on Multi-Family Investments in the Southern California and Industrial nationwide.  His success is about much more than accolades – it’s about the relationships he’s built, creating a loyal clientele that appreciates his attentiveness, knowledge, negotiation and marketing skills. 


    Ryan, along with his partners at RLM Equities realized there was a need in the real estate market to combine technology with collaboration amongst his fellow agents.     Randall comes to RLM Equities with a background in sales and international consulting. Having spent extensive time overseas in Asia, Randall has combined his real estate experience with his Chinese network and language fluency to add unique value for his clients.


    His ability to take the necessary time to understand a client’s real estate goals and objectives, along with his attention to detail, allows the opportunity to build long-term business relationships with Southern California apartment owners. Randall specializes in the Orange County apartment market, helping clients explore the 1031 exchange and grow owners’ apartment portfolios.


    Randall prides himself on his passion and ability to create long term wealth and maintain lifelong relationships with all of his clients.


    Raised in Southern California, Randall graduated from UC Irvine in 2018 and Joined Triqor Group in 2019. In his free time, he enjoys coaching Football at his Alma Mater Sage Hill, traveling the world, and spending time with his family.

    David is Vice President of Investments at RLM Equities. He supports the team representing multifamily owners in the Southern California markets. David capitalizes on the team’s proprietary marketing strategy that delivers successful results producing higher values and more financial growth for multifamily owners. The team currently holds some of the highest price per unit sales for multiple Southern California areas and is known for producing some of the most competitive Best & Final processes in the region.


    David has plenty of experience in the commercial real estate business including an asset management role at Westar Associates, where he dealt with the company's entire retail and multifamily portfolio, Walker & Dunlop, where he conducted underwriting and market analysis for multifamily deals under two market leading Managing Directors, and Northmarq, where he gained experience advising clients on how to build wealth through multifamily acquisiton, disposition, and 1031 exchange.


    David is a proud alumni of the University of Southern California, where he studied Real Estate Development and competed for the Division I Men’s Track & Field team. In his free time, he likes to make music, surf, and travel with his friends.

    Lara began her real estate career working for the illustrious Berkshire-Hathaway, in Carlsbad, CA. There, she oversaw and managed approximately 90 agents, assisting them with marketing and accounting as well as transaction coordinating.  As RLM’s operations manager, she takes charge of day-to-day operations, transaction coordinating, market research and many other aspects involved in the transaction process and function of the company.


    In Lara’s spare time she enjoys backpacking, traveling and just about anything that involves the outdoors.
